EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS

According to the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased product within the first 14 days after purchase. Exchange and return can be carried out only on the condition that the product is of proper quality, has not been used, the product has preserved its appearance and consumer properties, all accessories, documentation included in the product package have been preserved, and their packaging has not been damaged*, seals have been preserved , factory labels, sales receipts.

Products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned:

• in a single-use package, if they were unpacked;
• that are not subject to exchange in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights": goods for personal hygiene and toilet (for example, epilators, electric shavers, hair clippers);
• underwear and hosiery.

* - partial or complete violation of the appearance of the package, the absence of any components of the package or their severe, irreparable damage (the correct opening of the cardboard package is not its violation)

The return and exchange of a product with a significant defect, confirmed by an act of an authorized service center, is carried out in the presence of a document confirming the purchase, conclusion of the service center, warranty card, application for return or exchange.

The exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the day of sale, provided that the purchased equipment, packaging, and documents confirming the fact of purchase are preserved

These conditions correspond to the provisions of the current "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights."
